Today, we’re completing our year-long study of Paul’s first letter to the church in Corinth. In chapter 16 of First Corinthians, we learn Paul’s teaching of how we get ourselves ready for God to move in our lives, our church, and our communities. There are five preparations we need to make: we need to be ready to give, ready to serve, ready to stand for love over evil, ready to honor and encourage others, and ready for Jesus and His heavenly kingdom.
